Allen Jones IICo-founder and President
In 2014 Allen Jones II was deployed to Kosovo through the U.S. Army. While there, he developed friendships with people in the community and was inspired to find a way to give back. Having six young children, he knew the importance of childhood education and founded Kids for Kosovo as a way to support the community at its root. Throughout the years since Kids for Kosovo was founded All members of the Jones family (Allen II, Kristine, Allen III, Abby, Caleb, Eliza, Joshua, and Sierra) have taken part in school improvement projects and forming relationships across cultures.

Alma TopalliCo-founder

Alma Topalli became a friend of Allen Jones during his deployment. She plays a vital role in supporting and leading in Kids for Kosovo through her connection to the region and her passion for educational equity. Her lived experience and cultural knowledge help guide projects in ways that are respectful, informed, and responsive to community needs. Alma’s involvement ensures that the organization’s efforts remain rooted in collaboration and cultural respect. She serves as an important bridge between local communities in Kosovo and the broader Kids for Kosovo network.
